And I can't even figure out what! LOL! If you had, say, $100 or less for something extra in Disney -- something that most visitors don't do and that would be a good surprise for your family -- what would YOU do to give your trip that little extra "magic?"

This August will be my third trip, DH's fourth, and DD's second. Does anyone have a fantastic way I can surprise them on our trip? They both know we're going, so I can't surprise them with that. LOL! We have the free dining, so we already booked all the great TS meals we wanted (including four new character meals we haven't tried previously). DD is also, um, "aware" of the truths of the characters, so I can't send her a letter from Mickey or anything. LOL!)

Any ideas are appreciated! I have Disney on speed dial by this point. LOL!

Thanks!
Cathy

I surprised my DS10 and DH last trip with parasailing and the Family Magic Tour last trip. You might want to consider having something special in the room when you check in, i.e. package that you mailed or ordered and had delivered.

How about renting a pontoon-sp? boat at GF. Bring lunch and have a picnic on the water. We did it once and loved it.

How about a leave a legacy tile at Epcot? I love knowing our tile is there. We visit it every trip.

If you can squeeze the money out of the budget, I'd recommend Cirque du Soleil every time. Wonderful show.

For under $100, though...... maybe rent a water mouse? A tour? A special souvenir? A gift basket waiting in the room at arrival?

I could have written all of this myself! I wanted to do something extra special this trip, too, so I bought a "Pal Mickey" on Ebay and I am going to sneak him into my suitcase. My DD is 2... will be almost 3 when we go, she has no idea what he is, and neither does DH! I think I am going to turn him on, pop him into the basket under the stroller, cover him up, and the first time he says something at the park I am going to be like, "What the" what is this in our stroller?????

Then I'll pop him out and show DD and DH how he "talks"... and then explain how he's our new buddy and he'll tell us all about the park!
