Wanting 4 nights at VWL preferably during weekday. Surprise for my wife and kids. 
We have looked into DVC and are interested in checking them out before making a purchase. So any info or help with DVC details would be appreciated. Some questions I have are:
What Locations fill up the quickest year in/out?
Are points used at any DVC no matter where your home points belong?
What other fees are associated with owning DVC's and are they yearly or one time fees?
For those who have been going to WDW for a long while and have kids, what do your children (older - grown) think about growing up vacationing in WDW.?
I'm trying to give to my family something I was not able to have growing up, A vacation to look forward to each year at the most magical place a kid can imagine. Thanks to all who help me. God Bless
