Looking to rent points for stay Oct 15-21, 2006

We have never rented before. I would prefer to rent from someone who has gone through this proceedure in the past.

Checking in Oct 15th ( sunday ) checking out Oct 21st ( saturday )

I think we need 72 points for this stay - although I am not sure that we don't need 84..

I would like to stay at the beach resort, but I would consider others if we can not stay at the beach on these dates.

I can provide referances if needed. I have been ebaying for a while - not sure if that counts. I can pay however is best for you.

I would like some type of contract, just for my own piece of mind.
