Looking to Rent @ BWV or BCV 12/3

Newbie here and I hope I'm requesting the correct way.

Would like to rent 2 Studios at either BWV or BCV for 2 nights, 12/03 and 12/04 2004.

Here's where I get confused, do I actually rent the rooms from you or do I buy points form you?

Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks!

Maybe the best way is to say you rent a reservation, based on point values, for the size accommodation, length of stay, resort and time of year (value, regular, etc. season).

It may be difficult to find those two nights since that is a highly desirable time frame for a couple of reasons: low point values and the parks/resorts are decorated for the Christmas holiday, and the membership annual meetings occur within the first two weeks of December. Friday and Saturday nights are nearly double the point requirements for the other five nights.
