Looking to Rent 44 Points

I am Interested in renting 44 points for a studio at the Boardwalk Villas for August 15th-19th. I am taking my nephew who is 10 and has never been to WDW and I am on a budget. I would like to spend $9.00 a point. If you are interested please let me know asap
