I can rent points at the Beach Club Villas. It sits just on the other side of the lake from the Boardwalk (easy stroll - maybe 10 minutes or less...). So it definitely qualifies as "the Boardwalk area".
I posted yesterday (?) that I have about 160 pts available (give or take - I could probably go up to 200 or so).
