Well, I'm not saying I'm fat or anything. But over the winter, I have "pigged out" and dained a little weight. I want to lose maybe 10 pounds or so, just to look good in my new bathing suit. Any suggestions of how to lose this weight fast? I don't have much time before my pool party I'm throwing at the end of May.

It's been a huge goal of mine to someday wear a bikini, tighter clothes, etc. To help move this goal along, I've been doing tons of crunches at home, working out at the gym (we got a free six month membership), and trying to eat well. The working out part is no problem for me, the crunches get on my nerves, but oh well. I think the hardest part is eating right. I totally broke my diet (I go to a nutritionist) for almost a month, which threw me off a lot, so it feels like I got a month taken away. So, back to your problem. My advice would be to not waste time like I did, and stick to eating right, without a lot of sweets and carbs. And exercise, especially ab work if you want a flat stomach. So good luck, and I hope you get to wear that bathing suit!
