Looking forward to something special today

Since my life was recently ripped apart and torn upside down I now live with my dad. At the end of February I moved in with him but he doesn't allow dogs in the house so my mother is keeping my dog for now. In a little while I'm going to go pick her up and we are going to spend the day together. We both have appointments to get our hair done. Most of all I'm looking forward to simply spending time with her. I miss her so bad.

This week has been very rough for me and it has made me miss her even more. To me she is much more than simply a pet. She is my Baby Girl and she gives me so much strength. It is amazing how much love she gives me. Earlier this week I went by to see her for just a little while since we were both depressed and missing one another. My mother said now she is back to her old self. She really does love me.

Now if I could just get my dad to change his mind and let my Baby Girl come live here. The only down side to that is that there is no fence around his yard and this isn't a great area for pets.

Just so you know, no I'm not a looser and that isn't why I'm living with my dad.

Your story brought tears to my eyes.

How I know the feeling the unconditional love an animal gives. There is NOTHING like it. When the world turns it's lip up to us you can look down and see a pair of eyes who think we HUNG THE MOON! I actually pity people who have never felt that kind of love.

Enjoy your day, you deserve it. And I don't EVER want to you to mention the word "loser" again. We all fall down, and believe me I KNOW, but we get up, and when we do we are so much better.

Hope... it's a small word that means so much.

Thanks Robinrs and everyone else.

Well her appointment was rescheduled for this Saturday now. So we'll have another wonderful girl's day out.
