Mikey mouse head with just the jungle hat (for AK) and autograph pages.
Could someone point me to the right direction?

For a jungle hat, you'll want to explore RumblyTumbly's photobucket; she even has one with a bow on it!

There are a few designers who do autograph pages as well. See my post (#2) in this thread for numerous links to designers' auto pages!
