looking for upside down Mickey DISign

Hello, somewhere on here a while back I seen a DISign with Mickey looking upside down between his legs with his butt stuck up in the air. It was so cute and reminded me of my son, lol! I thought I saved it, but for some reason now I cant locate it. I don't know if I never saved it or accidently deleted it. If anyone has this DISign, I would be grateful if you could please post it for me.
