Looking for the name of ES place in Epcot (Japan) for Sushi

Is there such a place?
and do they take dining plan? Thanks in advance.

I don't understand what "ES" stands for.
There are 2 Table Service (TS) restaurants in Japan.
Tokoyo Dining has an extensive Sushi menu and has an open Sushi counter where you can watch the chefs prepare the dishes.
Teppan Edo is a teppanyaki grill style restaurant, but you can order Sushi appetizers here.
Both are 1 TS credit on the DDP. The Sushi appetizers at Teppan Edo would be extra, since appetizers are not included in the plan.

Sorry should be QS (Quick Service) I thought I saw, read, or heard that there was a QS place that had sushi in Epcot.

The Yakitori House is QS and has some sushi options, but choices are very limited.

The Yakatori House is the QS restaurant in Japan.
It is currently closed for a very lengthy rehab - it has been months and its opening was pushed back to December 16th. What the menu will be when they reopen is not known.
However, they did have some Sushi prior to closing.

It is actually reopening Dec. 7 as the Katsura Grill ad will still have a limited sushi selection.
