All right this may make me seem like a bad mom. I know I can study the menus on all ears but was just wondering if I can get recommendations on the best counter service places that have the "junk" food. Especially for kids. Burgers, hot dogs, breaded chicken nuggets (not chicken strips), pizza. That is how my kids eat (they will be 5, 3 and 17 months) the baby will eat anything but the other two not so much. It is a vacation and I really don't plan on fighting with them to eat stuff they hate. We are on the dining plan and I have tons of character buffet adrs but don't know anything about counter service. We will be there 9 days.

Casey's on main street in MK had Hot Dogs, Corn Dog Nuggets and Cheese fries last time I was there, couldn't ask for anything more except an ice cream cone from the ice cream shop across the street.

The American Adventure in Epcot has all your basic burgers, chicken strips, and hot dogs also if you are in World Show case looking for junk food.

I think most of the CS have real junk food! I love the burgers at WDW and get them any chance I get. Try the Electric Umbrella for burgers at Epcot. At DHS, it is the Backlot Express for burgers. I haven't found a burger yet at AK. At MK it is Pecos Bills and the best topping bar ever!

:)

It safe to say at each park there are many places for Junk food.

MK- Casey's for hot dogs
Pinoccio's for pizza
Peco's for Burgers
Cosmic rays for burgers/chicken

EPCOT- electric umbrella is typical hamburger/ chicken fingers
CS in America Iname is slipping my mind because I don't usually go there- liberty something??)- also chicken fingers and what not

DHS- Pizza Planet for pizza
I believe Backlot has chicken fingers/burgers

AK- Pizzafari for pizza
Flame tree has pulled pork and bbq

Don't feel bad about letting your kids eat "bad" stuff while at WDW. It's probably the one place where people refuse to calorie count, because they're too busy being kids in adult bodies. As my mom always says, you're on vacation.

Here's what I would suggest:

MK=Casey's Hot Dogs on Main St.
DHS=Pizza Planet
DAK=Restaurantasaurus (this is McDonalds)
Epcot=Electric Umbrella (Future World)

Don't forget McD's fries and nuggets :goodvibes you can get both at Epcot & AK, and just fries at MK

Columbia Harbor House has all sorts of good junk! Fried fish and chicken baskets that come with fries come to mind. The chicken there is strips, not nuggets. And I agree with others, Casey's has great hot dogs and fries.

In Epcot the restaurant in the American Adventure is maybe the only place in the World Showcase that has burgers and fries.

In AK, go to Restaurantausurs (that is so not spelled right), its a McDonald's. There is also a McD's fry cart in Dinoland near that buger place.

At Disney Studios there is a place sort of near TOT and the Beauty and the Beast Show called Rosies (I think) that has burgers and fries. And in the amphitheater where they have Fantasmic they have hot dogs, pretzels, popcorn and nachos. But I don't think at Fantasmic they take the DDP. But they do have a ton of junk there!

Also, not sure where you are staying, but if its a value or moderate resort, the food courts there have burgers and hot dogs. The deluxe's all have some sort of cs place that has that type of food as well.

In spite of WDW's recent attempts to add some healthy type choices, there is still no shortage of junk food that kids of all ages love to eat! Have a great trip.
