Hi all! Trying to plan our thanksgiving trip in the park this year and I’ve been searching for some reviews but not finding much. I’m specifically looking for thanksgiving dinner reviews from the different three hotels. I’m leaning towards the Disneyland hotel buffet but like to know more. Hoping someone can post their reviews of years past or point me in the right direction of already posted reviews. Thanks ❤️

Consider this another recommendation for the DLH buffet. Expensive, but worth every penny. The food is varied and delicious, and they pull out all the stops in terms of entertainment, characters, etc.

Has anyone done the VIP option at the DLH buffet? I think it was new last year.
Yes, it was new 2 years ago. We tried it last year. Really not sure it was worth it, but we did enjoy. I believe it was $40 more per person. We were seated right away. There was a VIP coordinator to be there for you. The chef came out and explained what they had and how it worked. They had fresh roasted whole turkey, prime rib, butternut squash soup, and much more. Everything was served family style, and we were welcome to partake of the buffet also. While our teens were off and running to the buffet, they also were bringing us anything we needed/wanted. We had 2 servers at our table who were very attentive. It was a lot of fun. You have to have a minimum of 6 people. We had 15.

Wow that’s awesome! Thank you so much for explaining the Vip. Do you need to book vip at the time of reservations or can you call and add to your reservation at a later date?

I believe you can add it after, if space available. I think it was about $180 each after tip and tax.
