Hey,
I'm with 2 other great guys and we're looking for a roommate for the spring. It's a house in "The Preserve" right behind MK (literally 1 minute from MK Cast parking).
It's about a 2300 sq ft house. 4 bed 2 bath. Gated community rent would run about 360 a month before utilities. With utilities would be about 425 but never more than 500. Compare that to the 524 per 4 weeks you'd be paying at Disney.
We're all PIs, in fact the three of us are all PIs who are extending for the Spring.
Just an FYI about some of the amenities besides the washer and drier in the apartment. A 46" Sharp LCD TV, a PS3, XBox360 with HD DVD Player, a Wii, TiVo, 7.1 Onkyo surround sound system, and an extensive collection of movies.
As part of the lease you'd be required to put a deposit for 1 month's rent (so we'd all be splitting this). If anyone is interested (Guy or Girl [as guys go we're pretty mellow, no parties no pets]) please give me an email. djfluffkins AT gmail DOT com.
