Looking for Southwest Promo Code

Does anyone happen to know of a promo code for Southwest Airlines. Have to take a last minute trip. Thanks to all.

I notice that every time I book a flight they have a box to enter a promo code, but I have never seen one. I want to know who gets them and under what conditions are they issued.

i thought they only applied to "swa vacations" not flight-only...

I had one emailed to me earlier this year, but it was only valid for a short length of time and travel had to be completed rather quickly. Haven't gotten any since then.

I did have one months ago and put the code in the promo box and it took 15% off just my flights, no packages. I found the code on the DisBoards.

in years of flying, multiple times each year on swa, we've only received promo codes twice. once was direct e-mail from swa, the second was given to me by a swa employee on the disboards (ty!! )

basically, your chances are probably better on hitting the lottery

I recall seeing a promo code that was part of a Ding. It was on a day when they released a new calendar of dates. Normally the Ding will say, "you may now book through May 1" or something like that. This particular time if you booked on the first day of release, you could use a promo for like $20 off. I wasn't flying during those dates so I didn't use it but was so surprised to see any promo code at all from SWA. This was prob 1-1.5 yrs ago.
