Looking for someone to make a iron on transfer

I need to find someone to make an iron on transfer to cover a design that is already on a bag. It needs to be at least 3"X3" square and I would like to have it personalized with a Disney cruise line picture.

I am not sure if it is possible to have a transfer to cover and existing design, please advise.

Well, on this board, no one makes the iron on. These awesome designers make the design and then you use transfer paper( I suggest amymickey.com her transfers are the best) and once the design is made and you run the transfer, you then iron the design on whatever you want to put it one. Follow the transfers sheet directions and you should be able to iron it over the other design, most likely the transfer will need to be bigger than the old one. Also, the bag needs to be washed and rinsed with NO fabric softner..I am not sure I answered your question, I hope I did.
