Looking for somebody who can do a mickey head filled with words and names

Somebody did a Mickey head filled with names and Disney words for me last year and I used it on a tshirt. My mom is going with us this year and I can't find the person that did this for me last year. It was on another website.
Does anybody know a Disigner that can help me with this? I am wanting Grant as the big name, Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy, Pluto, Rides, Family, Fun, Magical, Ben, Eli, Grant, Madison and little fill ins. Thanks for any help or information.
