Looking for some pretend tickets for a Disney surprise

I am surprising my girls 6 and 4 with a trip to Disney. Was hoping to have a box with Disney Balloons pop out with the fake tickets attached. I would greatly appreciate anyone's help with this.

I would like dates included. We are going May 2, 2015 - May 9, 2015.

Hope
Reese
Mommy
Daddy.

I would definitelty want Mickey Mouse on all 4 tickets, but would love it if we could possibly get Cinderella's Castle on there too in someway (maybe in the background).
I was hoping we could do something like :

SURPRISE
Guess Who's Going to Disney World ?
