Looking for some info on a piece of Disneyana

I just got theis knife. I was wondering if anyone knew anything about it?

Even though it is dated 1955, it is of very recent vintage (mid 90's?) and made somewhere in SE Asia. It is not a Disney licensed product. There are other versions with different characters on them. To a collector of early Disneyland souvenirs, this piece has no interest or value.
