We moved and I promised my DD7 that we would do her room in her favorite princess Ariel. I was wandering if anyone else has done this and could give me some advice or show me some pictures for some ideas. I wanted to have a under the sea idea, I have a Ariel wall art that I had purchased and I already have her comforter. I just want this room to be extra special she has always shared a room with her older sister so this is her first real room and she is so excited :woohoo: .
Thanks in advance!

When my daughter was born I did an ocean themed room, however, at the time we didn't know if it was a boy or a girl, so we went more Finding nemo. We set up a small saltwater aquarium and we painted her room. We got a small chest from michaels which looks like a treasure chest. We had some finding nemo posters. And I painted the ocean half way up her walls and then painted all sorts of fish/ocean creatures as well, as sea creatures/characters from finding nemo. I bought nemo picture frames and snow globes for her room. Then we bought a nemo sheet set. Once she started to get older though we started doing little mermaid. I also got her a small wood airondock beach chair at michaels too. Hope this helps! Oh we also got one of those mermaid pillow story books too!

Also check out your local craft stores. They have all sorts of wooden hooks that are like star fish and other sea creature shapes that you could use to hang her clothes behind a door.
