Hello, I have been searching for some help/advise. I want to relocate to Ft Myers area with my remodeling business. I say remodeling but also take on smaller jobs too. I have been networking and have enough work when I get there to keep me semi busy but not enough to feel comfortable getting established as quick as I would like. The ideal scenario would be to find a remodeling job in a house that I could actually live in for the first month or two that I am there. Trading work for rent sort of thing. I have very good references can E-mail pics of my work. So the real question is, can any one lead me in the right direction to find such a situation, communication boards, web sites, local papers etc. I am also considering finding a place to stay where some one needs help with their rent. I just dont what to come down as a vacationer and spent allot of money on living expenses. The plan is to work and get established. Thanks in advance for any helpful hints or suggestions.
