Looking for Scoop!

Hi All! I have a strange question...on our very first family trip to Disney, we had a once-in-a-lifetime magical experience that was brought to us by a meeting with the legendary (though we didn't know how famous he was at the time!) Scoop Sanderson. We have done 4 more trips since then (2005) and we have never been able to find him again. My daughters, who are now 14 & 15 would love to see him again and tell him how much that experience meant to them.

Does anyone have any tips on where Scoop might best be found hanging out or what days/times he can best be found in MK? We've tried checking in at Town Square, but they've never been able to give us any idea.
