We stayed at Animal Kingdom and the Mara worked out just GREAT for us with our allergy needs (gluten and dairy free).

I am wondering how the CS was at Coronado as well as at Wilderness Lodge? Those are the two places are deciding between. What I am looking to find out is if it is fast for breakfast, if it is affordable, and if you found the help to be good (meaning I should be able to easily find someone to ask about specialty meals in the morning hours).

Breakfast is usually pretty easy to adapt for us because we can eat eggs (so long as they aren't cooked with butter), bacon, gluten and dairy free waffles, and fruit. So I imagine any resort CS could handle that!

Let me know your reviews, if you've been there! We tend to eat breakfast at about 8am
:)

Can't help you with WL -- but with CSR we were pretty pleased with the Pepper Market.

We got fresh fruit salad every morning and it was very fresh. There is a station for eggs and they make it right in front of you. Sides were bacon or sausage.

I'm not sure if the waffles are dairy free.

Loved it last year, even burned a few table services just because we wanted to hang out felt we were getting the value for our money. Tired of hamburgers and chicken fingers at the counter services? Pepper Market has everything - pizza, mexican, chinesse, steaks, and atmosphere :)

Enjoy!

We stayed at WL last year and found the Roaring Fork to be lacking. Very few choices-I was surprised at how small the "food court" was. We will be staying at CSR this Sept, so I don't know how that compares. Good luck to you!!!
