We have an ADR at Yak & Yeti for dinner, but I see they don't take TIW. Since we bought the card over NYE weekend, two of the days were blacked out. I hate to not use it, until we at least make our money back. We plan to have this dinner last thing, before heading home. I don't want to go far out of the way. (We travel south on I-4 to go home.) I thought about Sanaa, but the desserts don't look that great to me. I'm one who doesn't really care about the other courses, as long as dessert is great. We're not really into buffets. I'd rather save Jiko for another trip, so my DH can enjoy some wine. So, what does that leave? What else is close to AK? For some reason, I'm drawing a blank. TIA for the help. :)

Rainforest Cafe doesn't accept TIW, at least according to the website. You could look into places at Downtown Disney. You can hop on I-4 from there. I personally love Raglan Road. Or how about a place at the Boardwalk?

Good luck!

Sanaa or Jiko are the good ones and it's been noted that they're out.

There really isn't anything else THAT close to AK because the only deluxe resort out that way is AKL.

If you want to drive up to the Boardwalk there is Kouzzina and Flying Fish.

Thanks for the suggestions. I hadn't thought about DTD. I'll look to see if Fulton's or Portobello accept TIW. If not, we may try WPC again. It's been years, since we've eaten there. Unfortunately, we've tried RR twice & didn't like it at all. I guess it's just not our thing.

Yeah, this is why I'm drawing a blank. I chose Y&Y mostly for the dessert, then decided to change to a restaurant that accepts TIW. (Maybe, I should leave it along. :rolleyes1) My next thought was Sanaa, but the desserts seem lacking. If I thought we'd enjoy their desserts, we'd go there. We haven't been to Kouzzina, so that's a thought. We've been to FF several times, but prefer to save the signature restaurants for nights when we can share a bottle of wine. We're eating dinner at LC & bluezoo that same weekend.

Get a dessert at the bar at Y&Y and then go to Sanaa for the main course.

OR eat at Sanaa, go over to Jiko, sit at the bar and order dessert. You can use your TIW for the dessert then. But it may still make you want wine.

That's a great idea! I may just have to enjoy a glass of wine for both of us. ;)

Jiko is on our list for our next weekend getaway in April or May. I'm looking forward to trying their wine.
