Looking for resort/room suggestions

Next summer I'm planning a trip to disney in August, it'll be two couples so four of us total. We don't mind sharing a room because we're trying to save money, but the big problem would be only having one bathroom. It would be a nightmare trying to shower/get ready/blowdrying hair etc. haha I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions of where we should stay or if there is anywhere that has two bathrooms? Last year we stayed at OKW in the two bedroom suite, but we want to save money and aren't using points this year. We started looking into the possibility of renting points, but we still aren't sure what resort/room would be the best for us. Any advice would be appreciated!

If you're looking for 2 bathrooms in a regular resort room, your choices are pretty much a family suite at ASMu or AoA, or the cabins at Ft W. If you want a 1 or 2 bedroom villa on points, there's a separate forum that deals with the complexities of doing that. Here's a link:http://www.disboards.com/forums/dvc-rent-trade.29/

We will have to check out AoA and the cabins, I didn't realize there were family suites at ASMu as well. We were on the fence about villas just because of pricing, but will check out the link! So much to consider. Thank you for the input!! :)

The Family Suites at Art of Animation are fabulous and they sleep up to 6. They have two full bathrooms too! They're a little pricey, but they also have a kitchenette which could save you some money on going out for breakfast. The only thing is that you guys would have to draw straws or something to see who gets the king room!

Cabins only have 1 bathroom but you could use the comfort stations if you are close enough to one.

That's good to hear. We started looking at AoA and had seen mixed reviews on how people liked the family suite. But I also took into consideration that people have different taste and preferences. Good idea on having breakfast in the room. As far as the king room goes, it doesn't make a difference to me as long as I have my own bathroom. My hair takes forever to tame in that FL weather haha

Good to know!!! Thank you :)
