Looking for rental with great theming/play room/pool for Oct

Starting to plan our fall trip! I think we're going to try a rental home this time, and hit Harry Potter and Sea World in addition to 4 days in the Disney parks.

I know when I was looking previously I found some homes that were over the top as far as theming (great kids rooms!) and a play room with toys and a pool. But I don't have time to spend hours Googling for these. So if you know of some, link me to them.

We are traveling with our kids who will be

The above is the best I've found for game rooms/theming. I LOVE them. If there are more out there that are as good or better? I'd LOVE to see the links for future reference too Great thread!
