Hi,
I want to take the family on a vacation to WDW, and I booked the tree house for us in late September, but I am having second thoughts, and suggestions?

Grampa + 4 big kids ( 33,34,28,29) + 2 little Kids ( 5,9)

I wanted us all to be togethers, but after reading the reviews I think the treehouses are more like staying off property and not worth the premium.

The transportation complaints really have me concerned, and I am rethinking my decision.

And I know 1 family will not want to spend all day in the parks, so the lack of amenities by the tree houses also has me concerned.

I would appreciate any suggestions , Thanks

We took a family trip a number of years back with 10 of us including a grandparent, 3 kids, 4 parents (2 couples), and 2 aunts. We put the 2 aunts and grandparent in a studio and the rest in a 2 bedroom. We did this so the adults without kids on the trip could have some down time without kids in the evenings but still come down for breakfasts. It worked well. So you don’t necessarily all need to be in the same room to still be together most of the trip. If at SSR they have the new pull downs with IMO are as comfortable as the beds versus the old couch pull outs which were not that comfortable.
