Have you sold your DVC contract recently?

What was your experience? Good or bad? Did it take you a while to sell?

I'd love to hear the details.

We are listing one of our contracts and I just want to know what to expect.

I sold a 50 pt contract myself and all went well. We actually did the deed and closing ourselves with no closing company at all. I have just put up another contract so we will see how it goes with that one.
