Looking for really warm mittens or gloves

Hi, I'm looking for some opinions on warm mittens or gloves. We live in Minnesota, so it gets plenty cold! Looking for some mittens or gloves, not real fussy just don't want huge bulky ones.

I found Dicks Sporting goods has an Awesome Selection ( they have north face there which I LOVE)

Lands End has gloves this year that have a pocket on top to slide in one of those disposable heating pads. They are pricey at $25.00 a pair but at least if you lose one, Lands End will let you buy just one!

LL Bean has toasty warm ones and they're thin, too.
