Looking for alternatives to breakfast at our resort (Poly) but there doesn't appear to be a lot of options. Are there any decent QS breakfast options at Magic Kingdom and Epcot?

Depends what you call "decent."

At MK, you're looking at pastry/muffin/waffle options. Nothing particularly protein-laced.

At Epcot, you run into a similar issue. The Norwegian and French bakeries offer bakery items. High on carbs, low on protein.

There is also a Starbucks in each park.

Starbucks does have a few egg type sandwiches, so there is a protein option.

If you're looking for a sit down type meal, you'll need to make an ADR, but both parks have them.

Les Halles in Epcot, BOG in MK (ADR required)

Sleepy Hallow in MK has the Nutella and fruit waffles.

Gaston's and the Lunching Pad have a ham and cheese stuffed pretzel! I'd eat that for breakfast!

Deb & Bill is correct. Sunshine Seasons no longer serves breakfast.

Thank you for verifying. However, now that I am in full planning mode, do you know what site is the best site to check available menus? I'm a little worried that I might plan for something that isn't there/offered anymore. :guilty: Another of my favorite planning sites still shows the breakfast, so it's not up to date either :guilty:

Thank you!

Thank you!

That's a very good question. All planning sites are still showing the breakfast menu even though the last day they served breakfast was July 31.

My best advice is to post all your dining plans (restaurant and meal) in a new thread and ask if there's any of them that are off.

Sounds like a plan! Thank you!
