Remember Dreams Come True is still available on the 2 disc
Disneyland CD set. I just checked when I was there in June. Just call delivEARS and they can get it for you. I haven't picked up the latest CD because it has about 2 new tracks that I don't already have.
The Parade of Dreams music is trickier. I believe that "welcome to our family" and the "this has to be the most beautiful, the most peaceful place I've ever been" lyrics come from the movie Brother Bear which I've never seen. You could sort of piece together that music since it comes from the films represented, but I do not know of a place that has the parade mix. I'd love to find it too.
If it helps, here's the music I can remember from Parade of Dreams and the films they come from.
The first float features music from Sleeping Beauty when Flora and Merryweather are fighting over the color of the dress. On the Sleeping Beauty soundtrack, it's part of the track titled Magical House Cleaning/Blue or Pink. Beauty and the Beast features Be Our Guest, Pinocchio features I've Got No Strings, The Little Mermaid features music from Part of Your World and Poor Unfortunate Souls. I believe that Alice in Wonderland features A Very Merry Unbirthday, The Lion King features I Just Can't Wait to Be King, and the last float features all sorts of songs, at least some of which I have attempted to list below.
Someday My Prince Will Come from Snow White, A Dream is a Wish Your Heart Makes from Cinderella, and Hail to the Princess Aurora from Sleeping Beauty. I know the Mickey Mouse Club March makes an appearance at the very end and I also think that When You Wish Upon A Star shows up in there, but I'm not totally sure if I'm confusing it with when you hear it being played as you walk through Sleeping Beauty Castle.
