Looking for more info on Rolling Hills

My very convincing DD13 is pushing for us to look into renting a house with a pool for our upcoming trip to see the Mouse (we have a pool at home but my kids still want a vacation house with their own pool ) and she did some research on VRBO and found a couple nice villas in Rolling Hills. Does anyone have any experience with this development? Our only offsite experience is with Windsor Hills which we loved but it looks like we can get a house at a pretty competitive price at Rolling Hills. We also have a couple properties in Indian Creek and Indian Ridge Oaks bookmarked, but like the Rolling Hills ones best. Is this community just as close to Disney as Windsor Hills and is it gated? TIA

Go with your daughter's idea ..... an extra 5 min drive ......... Not Gated ..... but no problems there.

We just stayed in a great house in Rolling Hills last month. It's a very nice subdivision. And I don't think it is even a 5 minute longer drive from Windsor Hills if you go out Livingston to Old Lake Wilson to get to the parks.
