Looking for more info about Norway Princess Breakfast!

We are going to the Princess Breakfast at Norway. I tried to do a search, but there is such a broad range of words, my search parameters were too large. Anyways, my husband and I were hoping that they had the same potatoes that are served at CRT-the cheesy potatoe casserole. Can anyone link me to some reviews and pictures?

I'm not much of a linking kinda guy, but since we were just there three weeks ago, I can state unequivocally that the cheesy potatoes are INDEED at the PSB. When you first arrive, and I suggest making the earliest ADR which is 8:30, there are cinnamon rolls and fresh fruit awaiting you or served momentarily after you sit down. Once you've given your drink order, shortly thereafter comes the all-you-care-to-eat platter. On the platter you will find scrambled eggs, biscuits, sausage (more of a spicier, German-influenced type than the typical southern sausage links in most restaurants), bacon, and the heretofore mentioned cheesy potatoes. Everything except the biscuits is excellent--the biscuits always seem to be dry. That's okay since I prefer the cinnamon rolls as my "bread." The potatoes are especially delicious, of course. We've been to the PSB three times and have yet to be disappointed. Good eats!

I am looking for reviews as well so I can't help you with that. But some tips for searching - type in one word only. Use: PSB, norway, storybook and akerhuese(?).

The cheesy potatoes are oniony. My mother makes them (though not for breakfast and I found them a little to savory for breakfast). The roll was a little stale. Eggs out of a vat. Not a great breakfast. I wouldn't go for the food (I've never been to a character meal where the food was worth the money). But the look on my daughters face......worth every penny we spent - and we just had a snack after we left.

We're definitely different! We go to character meals because we like the food! CRT has always been our favorite breakfast-We love the platter and the cheesy potatoes. My husband insists on having them, but thought we'd go to Norway as long as they have the potatoes. My son is 13 and likes all the characters, so it doesn't matter where we eat. Glad to hear they have the cheesy potatoes. In fact, I just found the recipe, so I may try and make them. I would love to see pictures if anyone has them!

OP - I hope you don't mind if I jump in with a few questions...
I have an 8:30 ADR and we'll have a car.
When does the EPCOT parking lot open and what time will they let us in the turnstiles to walk to the restaurant?

I don't know what time the parking lot open, but it would be open by the time you get there. Just go to the turnstiles, and be sure you have your confirmation # for the breakfast. They will let you in!
