Looking for Mickey Ears Pirate Design

I am looking for a design where the scull and cross bones are large and above the scull are mickey ears. I saw this design on someone's t-shirt who posted her family picture from a cruise. I am assuming she either designed it or had it designed. Can anyone help me? Thanks in advance.
