Looking for Merida Mickey Ear Design

Hi. Can someone please design Mickey ears for me with Merida shooting her bow? We have a cruise coming up in late October and I'd love to surprise my sister with a door magnet of Merida, since my sister is very big into archery and Merida is her favorite character. On the left ear I'd like the name Jeri and on the right ear 2014. This is Jeri's first cruise and I think she'll be surprised at how many of the stateroom doors are decorated with Disney characters.
