Looking for Menu's for Napa Rose, BB & SH 55

Does anyone know where I can find Menu's for these restaurants?

The menus here on the DIS seem to be missing a few things on some of the menus (like the monte cristo at BB) so I prefer to look at allears.

AllEars is closer to current, but the Bucaneer Beef Short Ribs are back (after a couple of months missing). The salad option for appetizer is a chopped salad, which includes a bit of sweet onion, red bell pepper, glazed pecans, and teardrop tomatoes (I hate tomatoes, but I ate these and loved them).

For dessert, there is also a Pecan Pie (really an individual torte) served hot, with a vanilla cream sauce and whipped cream on top.

And yes, Pirates of the Caribbean is the ride that is inside the Blue Bayou restaurant.

I finally had the pleasure, and I mean pleasure of eating at the Napa Rose. We were told that the menu changes weekly. And if you don't see something on the menu that you are craving, just to let them know and they will see what they could do.
