The restaurants we will be dining in during our July trip are listed below. What are the "can't miss" menu/buffet items for each?

— Chef Mickey's
— Biergarten
— Liberty Tree Tavern
— 50s Prime Time Cafe
— Coral Reef
— Boma
— Ohana

At Chef Mickey's you don't want to miss the mashed potatoes. If I am not mistaken they are either cream cheese or parm. cheese mashed and wow are they good!!

At Ohana, everyone gets the same thing, there isn't a choice of foods. It is all served family style. You want to make sure to try the sauces with all the meats, it changes the flavors and make sure to save room for dessert. Best bread pudding anywhere ever!!

At Boma we didn't enjoy our meal. The foods were good just not to our tastes. But the one thing we asked for the recipe for was the hot mustard for the strip loin. It was very good.

Those are the only places I have eaten at that you are going to try.

Have fun, you have some good choices on your list.

Biergarten - I like the potato leek soup. I ate two bowls! The pretzel rolls, German Potato Salad and Herring Salad were our favorites.

'50s - Fried Chicken or Meatloaf with of course a milkshake. PB&J or Chocolate are top notch.

Boma - the Seafood Gumbo, Bobotie and vegetable cous cous were repeats for all of us.

As PP said Ohana is family style as is LTT for dinner. The are both good. Especially the warm berry cobbler for dessert. Yummmm. :)

ohana - everything is absolutely delicious! we love the appetizers, especially the noodles. all of the meats are fantastic as well..make sure you save room for the bread pudding dessert, it is AMAZING!

boma - the carrot ginger soup was pretty good, and different. mild and sweet. must try it! we also loved the pasta salad, cous cous, and ribs

biergarten - you must must must try the potato leek soup! the various sausages and spaetzle were great too

coral reef - we enjoyed the grilled mahi mahi and the lobster ravioli; for dessert - the chocolate wave was pretty good

Chef Mickey's - nothing, we thought the dinner was horrible and we left hungry

Biergarten - everything is excellent but my favorite is the schnitzel, it is to die for

Liberty Tree Tavern - the chicken dumplings was amazing, the portion was huge!

50s Prime Time Cafe - I always get the fried chicken, it is the best! And a Dads Electric Lemonade to drink

Coral Reef - loved the caesar salad and the chambord Pina Colada

Boma - the falafel balls with mustard sauce and the bread pudding with rum sauce, the only things we found to our liking, the rest was ick

Ohana
