Looking for (meal)advice for Easter week

We are going the week before Easter and are staying at POP. I am looking for advise for this busy time. We are going to try to eat lunch at 11:30 and dinner at 5. We do not have many TS planned b/c we don't want to spend that much time in a restaurant. We are not doing the DDP this time. What CS places have the least crowded lines and any advice on when to eat at the POP food court?

You could try a place in World Showcase in EPCOT or a CS in DTD. They handle crowds well.
