Looking for Kissimmee pool house near super walmart

I'm looking to rent 2 pool homes in the Kissimmee area near the super walmart. Anyone know what the newest developments are in this area? Someone told me Lake Berkley, but I was wondering if there was anything newer. These homes are 6 years old. Thanks!

you can get closer to new homes near the super walmart on US 27.

My daughter's softball team is going down for spring training and the fields they use are right near the Walmart on 192. The area they have been staying in is getting a little "tired". I know there are some new developments there but was just wondering if anyone knew of a good one.

going in a few weeks - I will look if you want. but that doesn't mean these houses are for rent.

and the last time I looked in that area - there is new building - but mostly the new street and more businesses.

Oh that would be great! The homes they stayed in the last 2 years were right behind the walmart. We turned near the medivial times and made a left and there was a gated entrance up on the right. These homes are "tired". The area is perfect for the location of the fields, but hoping for a newer development. Thank you very much.

The newest resort in the WDW area is Windsor Hills Resort, built in 2005 by Pulte Homes it has 2 and 3 bedroom condos, 3 bedroom / 3 bath townhomes with pools, and 4-5-6 bedroom homes with pools. It is located off of US-192 and Old Lake Wilson road, 5 minutes / 2 miles from Disney, maybe 5-10 minutes to the west of Super Target (but closer to the parks than that even).
