Looking for info on MCO Airport

We will be arriving on AA into MCO at Gate Area 1-29. Our DD and her family will be arriving on CO into the same Gate Area. Will we be able to just walk over to her arriving gate and meet them? Or do we have to show tickets and clear security?

I have a diagram of the gate layouts and gates 1-29 are on 3 "arms". It's hard for me to tell if you can simply walk from one "arm" to the other without going through security again.

Security is in the main terminal before you board the monorails, so you should have no problem meeting your sister at the gate. Keep in mind taht the gate may change (although it should still be in that "wing", as that's where those two carriers operate), so check the screen when you get off the plane to verify.

Our daughter may be traveling along with her two small children (her husband is in the Army and we don't know if he'll be able to make this trip) and we would like to be able to meet her and give her a hand with the kids.
