Looking for house for 8 (with pool and kitchen)...

in Orland area. Just wondering if anyone has any recommendations (we are 4 adults and 4 kids (2, 3, 4 & 5) and would like to be in the same place (ie. house or 4 bedroom condo/townhouse) so we can still visit while kids are sleeping. Something relatively nicely renovated/decorated would be nice. And in area of disney (but not sure yet if we will even do that this year). Looking for a nice place to relax, buy our own groceries (kids with allergies) and just have a nice holiday together. Playground or waterpark, etc. would be bonus for the kids.

These properties are located in Windsor Hills. We stayed at Windsor Hills in 2007 and love it! My kids love the pool area there, and they have at least two playgrounds as well. Your best bet would be to go with a 4 BR pool home.

Try House of Mouse rentals. They have 2 4 bedrooms. We have stayed in the one and already have it booked for next summer. It has a master, a double and 2 twin rooms, enclosed pool and wifi. Great owners and nice location.

I would look for timeshare rentals. The two bedroom suites sleep six to eight people, though you might prefer to have two suites, or one suite and an extra room. They have a kitchen and laundry room right in the suite. The Marriott resorts are beautiful and have everything you want, especially Grande Vista, Cypress... You can rent them directly from the resort, or save a ton of money by renting them directly from someone who doesn't have time to use their week.

We have a timeshare and at this point would only rent to someone we know. But other people tell me that's silly, and there are websites for renters and owners. Sorry I can't recall the names. I'll have to check it out soon myself. Interval gave me a bonus week this year, so I have two units banked to trade through Interval, and only one more year to use them.

and I would definitely stay there again. Home was very clean and comfortable. It took us about 15 minutes to get to Disney's main gate. The home backs up to conservation land so its very private. There are lots of restaurants on Rte. 27 along with a Super WalMart and a Publix (right outside the subdivision). My children loved this home and ask when we can go back.
