Looking for help testing my planning speadsheet before I send it out to guests

Hi Guys

I have been working on a spreadsheet for our guests to use to estimate the cost of the trip. Where they can swap & chage rooms/hotels to adjust the cost so it works for them. Just wondering if someone who has booked a DL/WDW or DCL trip online with Disney before would mind testing it out for me, I’ve been tinkering with it for so long now i’m not sure.

I have tried to include everything of significant cost on a trip but would appreciate a second look to see if I have forgotten something. To test it you select options & cost your trip vs what the online Disney system costs it at.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thanks

Hi Nessa I have developed a fairly intensive spreadsheet with costing and currency conversion as well as Dining Plan calculators. I am happy to have a look and make some suggestions. Also happy to send you a copy of what I have done.

Many apologies I missed your response and only just saw it. Would love to show you if your still interested, basically this is an initial planning document for a group trip. So it's purpose was to let people play around with options (like cabin types or hotels) to see if they could participate in the trip.
