Looking for help on making magnet signs

I've done tons of research on making the Disney magnet signs for our upcoming cruise and yet have found basic detailed step by step instructions for ME to follow. By the time I get this figured out it will be time for our cruise!

I am looking for someone to help make me about 4-6 signs for a family of three, your time will be greatly compensated! Send me a PM if you are interested.

If you have great detailed step by step instructions that you willing to share with me that would be great!!

Do you have to have certain software or does clip art do the trick?

You can buy magnet sheets in same size as iron-ons- approx 8 1/2 X 11...

If this is the size you are looking to do- buy a pack of Magnet sheets- I think Avery has these at any office supply store- probably 4 or 5 in a pack for about $20- or so depending where you get them...
Once you have those- just run them through your printer printing the chosen design you want on the magnetic sign-many people on this board use many of the T-shirt designs also on magnets- OR you can always request a special design be done by one of the DIS igners! Everyone here is more than willing to help you out! Hope this gives you some of the info you needed!

Here is a trick I learned so not to waste a lot of the magnet sheet when you go to print your magnets.

First I get all the designs I want to print. Open Microsoft Word, insert the pictures the best I can so to use the entire magnet sheet before I print them. Sometimes, I will resize the images to get at least 2 to 3 images on one 8 1/2 x 11 sheet.

I have been using Photoshop 5 for my designs. I will use clip art and add text or I will use a picture that I have taken on a previous cruise, add clip art and text.
