Looking for help-first week of November info!

Hello Fellow Disers,

I am in the planning phase for a trip we are hoping to take in early November. We are annual Disney vacation people and are DVC members. We typically travel in the summer- June, July and mostly August. I am hoping you wouldn't mind sharing your experiences if you have traveled the first week of November. Our dates are Nov. 5-11. It is a surprise for my will be 13 year old during travel. We should be there for the Food and Wine festival and the first MVMCP of the season.

Please share with me any info you feel is important to note during this time, i.e. weather, packing tips, events to see or miss. I am very familiar with what we need, should do, etc in the summer. I am sure a fall trip will be a bit different.

Weather in Fla. can be so changeable. The best advice is just sure you take layers. It can be hot, it can be COLD....so be prepared in each case and in between.

Thank you. I will be sure to toss in a few jeans and sweatshirts just in case. I was planning to store my "summer Disney clothes" in the luggages to be halfway packed-I will have to save some room.
