Looking for help changing a KellyBell DISign

Kelly did a DISign for me last year and I know she's not DISigning anymore so I have been trying to modify the images myself and have been lucky until this one. Can someone tell me the easiest way to remove the date in Photoshop and

you can't just change the date when it is over a background with any pattern like this one....

Millepie! Thanks soooo much! Where did you get that background? I love it and was trying to find it to make another disign myself

I found it just searching around and thought it might be something good to use one day. Not sure if you wanted just the background or all of the clip art too. I don't have the mickey heads, but here are these two.

Thanks again!!! I love that background and thought I could use it for scrapbooking! Extra bonus getting the other clipart without having to search for it too!
