I use shoebuy.com for the whole family. They have free shipping and returns, and good prices. Sign up with them, and if you place an order within 30 days of another order, you get an additional 10% off. Plus they will email you offers.

So, I usually order the least expensive pair by itself, and then order any additional pair within 30 days of each other.
