We are considering using FL Tours (sponsor here on the dis) for our rt transportation to/from Disney cruise port in Feb.

We're wondering who has used them here and what you thought. They seem reasonable ($260 for a van for 7 people). We figure this will be big enough for all of us and our luggage.

Has anyone used them with a van before? How was it?

Any insight any of you can offer would be appreciated. Thanks!!

We just used them last week! The driver met us at the airport baggage claim and was very nice. We had a grocery stop and the driver helped us load all of our groceries. For our trip back to the airport, we actually had an Excursion instead of a van. That too was very nice, as was the driver. Great experience and would definetely use them again.

We loved FL Tours when we did this in January. Our only issue was that we needed a rear facing car seat and the one they provided in the van was the travel system type which our daughter was too heavy for. No big deal to me as I had brought our car seat from home with us on the plane and I just installed it into the van.

ETA: Obviously I didn't read your post close enough, you aren't going to the resort.

I know FL Tours is a sponsor of the boards, but their prices are high, so I don't use them anymore. Sunray Transportation is our car service of choice, and they are only $200 r/t for 7 people to and from the Port. I'm not sure if you'd get an $8 discount on top of that if you mention "The Mouse for Less" in the "how you heard about us" section of their reservation form. If supporting a board sponsor is worth $60 to you, then go for it and who I am to stop you. :goodvibes

If you want to go with Sunray, and make a donation to the board instead to support the board directly, their website is http://www.sunraytransportation.com

They will also provide you with a grocery stop. (No, I don't work for Sunray. We've just used their services many times without issue, and we find them to be a better value.)

Hey Beast2Prince, what store did you stop at for the grocery stop? Thank you.

Can you tell me where the drivers stops for groceries? Is it a grocery store or convenience store?

We have used Fl Tours 4 times and each time we had nothing but exceptional service! I believe we stopped at Publix to pick up wine and beer for our cruise. It was close to the Port.

About how long did it take to get to WDW after getting off the plane? Thanks.
