Looking for FL Residents. Not Sure Where This Belongs

I am looking at moving down to the Orlando area and am trying to get an idea of areas that are good for families and areas to avoid. Thanks for any help you guys can provide.

I just transfered from NJ back in September and we're renting close to my office (UCF/Waterford lakes area) and we like this side of town so far. Looking @ having a new home built within a 10 mile radius of the office and leaning towards Oviedo and this part of Orlando. Seminole county schools are the best in the area as per most of my co-workers. My 4yo DD is in private school currently for PreK 4 and we like it she is doing very well
