Looking for Fish Extender group to participate in- Fantasy Western Caribbean May 14, 2016.

Hi! New to DIS... Our very first Disney cruise was in May 2013 on the Dream. It was AMAZING! As we walked to check out our room we quickly noticed doors decorated and the fish extenders(not knowing at the time what they were for or that we could decorate our cabin door b/c honestly I didn't realize all the blogs, boards and pins available about Disney Cruises).

Our next cruise is May 2016 on the Fantasy. I would really love to participate in the Fish Extender with my family as I have read so much on them and found some great ideas!

I found the original link to our cruise group and have inquired about participating in the Fish Extender just to be told there is another FE already started somewhere else. I then asked if we could join and received no response. So, I ask, if you are in that group... May we join in or is it full? If full, do we need to start our own FE group and hope for participants. There is my family and one other that inquired around the same time as me.

If an FE is being organized, the folks on that thread will know. FEs get planned by various groups. If there is a non-DISboards FE planned, there's no reason you cannot start one here on the DIS as well. People may opt to participate in both or just one (or neither). I suggest posting that on the thread, and any newcomers will have the option.

Thanks...I have been on that link and was informed that the FE was somewhere else. Just disappointed that no one would speak up and let us know where else to look or let us join in once they said it was started somewhere else.
