We leave on the 17th of May for our next visit with Mickey and am curious if anyone who has just returned used DME and how did they make out.
Thanks to some wonderful DIS'ers, I did call DME (1-866-599-0951) and verified that we were on the list. The wonderful CM told me that my phone call did four things:
- put us on the list for express mailing of the tags (still don't have them-not sweating it yet)
- Reserved a DME Representative who will meet our flight (looking for us)
- Reserved a runner who will take our luggage description
- arranged for a voucher to be waiting for us for our return flight
The CM told us that we were to go to Level 1 - A side to meet the motorcoach.
This sounds great, but I want to know how it really worked. A report I read about the Press run and the first day were not promising... though, you really have to expect some kinks in any new system. Please share your experiences.
